sent to the bank on these Federal Reserve Bank holidays. Also, the effective date of an ACH file
cannot be a Federal Reserve Bank holiday.
If an ACH file is sent prior to a bank holiday and the effective date
is a bank holiday, the effective date will be changed to the next banking
